Cookie policy

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a website can store in your browser. Similar tools include local storage and request logs. Some are essential. Others are used for advertising or analytics. We do not use those.

What this site uses

We do not set advertising cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, a Meta Pixel or similar tracking.

The site may still involve:

• Essential hosting and security cookies from Cloudflare, which serve the pages and help block abuse
• Session data the browser needs to submit the contact form
• Address suggestions on the contact form, fetched through our own site from OpenStreetMap. That lookup does not set advertising cookies.

If you never type in the address field, the address search does not run.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect form submission or security checks. You can still Email sales@energypoint.nz or call 0800 102 211. 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Waikato, New Zealand.

We do not show a cookie banner because we do not use optional tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and, where required, ask before setting non-essential cookies.

Personal information

If a cookie or log identifies you, the privacy policy applies. The Privacy Act 2020 covers personal information, including information collected through cookies.
